Book Talk Tuesday - Soup of the Day

I am a sucker for a good recipe book.  Seriously.

I struggle with actually following a recipe because I just like winging it.  (and the food usually tastes better when I do, not bragging, just stating a fact)

When I found this book in my public library I thought it looked interesting.

How fun would that be?

I love soup.

I am also on the look out for recipes that don't use the oven or stove because this year we are without AC in our rental...gotta keep it cool here.  (and BBQ's are meat based usually...we don't really eat meat anymore...see the dilemma?!)

I paged through this book though and let me tell you, it is AMAZING!  We have enjoyed a couple of the recipes from the book so far, and I hope to buy it soon.  It is that good.
